The square pot with dancing putti in Impruneta terracotta is a handcrafted item according to the Tuscan tradition.
It is made with Impruneta clay resistant to low temperatures: up to -25° C. It is a perfect product to decorate your garden.
Initially, the terracotta appears as a soft, gray material that allows the potter to easily work the clay.
The clay is manually inserted into the plaster molds and takes the desired shape.
The clay must remain inside the mold for the time necessary to dry.
Therefore, the potter can make the necessary finishing touches to enhance its beauty.
Subsequently, before firing, the product must dry completely to avoid unpleasant breakages.
The temperature is gradually raised until it reaches 1000 °C: the temperature at which the actual firing takes place.
